Candle Holder Gift Set

I came across this really cute candle gift set at Kiomi Crafts by Jenn Muraoka at http://www.kiyomikrafts.com/kiyomi/3d_projects/. Now all I need to do is add the candles! Think I'll be making more for upcoming holiday season.
